SouthPark Swim & Tennis Club is a community of more than 400 members residing in several neighborhoods around the South Charlotte area.

At this time, we are at capacity and operating on a one-in one-out basis. For this reason, a limited number of Memberships become available each season. Currently there is a 3-4 year waitlist for ALL pool Memberships (Single, Family Household, Senior Household).

There is NO waitlist for Tennis-Only access.

Ready to reserve your place on the waitlist? We only require a $200 application fee. Our waitlist product is linked below. Once checkout is complete, you will be added to our waitlist immediately. When a membership becomes available, the application fee paid today will be applied to your one-time Initiation Fee. Initiation fee and first years dues are to be paid in-full to secure a membership.  See below for rates, terms and conditions.

Initiation – $3500 (1 time fee paid in addition to first year dues)

Dues:

Family Household – $945

Single – $775

Senior Household – $585 (65+)

Tennis Only – $475

Tennis access can add (1) additional household member for $150. Joining fee of $100.  

Application fees are non-refundable.  Dues and Fees are subject to change at any time.  Joining the waitlist does not lock in current rates for dues or fees.    Dues and Fees will not be prorated or discounted based on usage or other uncontrollable circumstances.
