SouthPark Swim & Tennis Club is a community of 400 memberships residing in several neighborhoods around the South Charlotte area.

At this time, we are at capacity and operating on a one-out one-in basis. For this reason, a limited number of Memberships become available each season. Currently there is a waitlist for ALL pool Memberships. (Single, Double, Family, Senior). All Double and Family memberships are only considered so if of the same residence.

There is NO waitlist for Tennis-Only memberships.

Ready to reserve your place on the waitlist? We only require a $200 application fee. Our waitlist product is linked below. Once checkout is complete, you will be added to our waitlist immediately. When a membership becomes available, the application fee paid today will be applied to your one-time Initiation Fee. Initiation fee and first year’s dues are to be paid in-full to secure a membership. Wait times of at least two years should be expected, and three years is not unlikely. Initiation – $3500 (1 time fee paid in addition to first year dues)

Family – $945 

Individual – $775 

Senior Double (65+) – $585

Tennis Only Access 

Single – $475

*subject to $100 joining fee

Application fees are non-refundable.  Dues and Fees are subject to change at any time. Joining the waitlist does not lock in current rates for dues or fees. Dues and Fees will not be prorated or discounted based on usage or other uncontrollable circumstances.
