Small Group / Team Practice CCT will offer small group and team practices based on the “per player” rates provided. CCT will communicate to team captains and small group participants these policies and prices as needed. Courts will be reserved by CCT staff in compliance with the Board’s instructions. Private Lessons Private lessons are scheduled at times convenient for one of our instructors and the player. Adult Group Clinics CCT will post seasonal schedules for adult participation. Clinics are level based and open to both men and women. Sign-ups are first come first served with a maximum player:pro ratio of 6:1. Once filled, a waitlist will be opened. All sign ups and payment can be done through the Charlotte City Tennis app or at www.charlottecitytennis.com. Sign-ups will be made available to non-members as agreed upon by the Board of SPSTC. CCT will NOT cancel the same day due to low sign ups. If a clinic has not met the minimum sign-ups for two consecutive weeks, CCT will have the option to cancel or provide the option to participate based on our private lesson / small group rates. This will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance of the clinic start time.
Junior Clinics CCT will post seasonal junior clinic schedules. Clinics levels will be based on age and skill level. Sign-ups are first come first served with a maximum player:pro ratio of 6:1. Once filled, a waitlist will be opened. To ensure a spot for the season, CCT recommends purchasing a package of clinics and scheduling them out for the season. Players can get started at any time based on availability. All sign ups and payment can be done through the Charlotte City Tennis app or at www.charlottecitytennis.com. Sign-ups will be made available to non-members as agreed upon by the Board of SPSTC. CCT will NOT cancel the same day due to low sign ups. Charlotte City Tennis Offerings and Policies
Cancellation Policy Players have the ability to cancel any sign up outside of our 12 hour cancellation window at no penalty. Cancellations inside our 12 hour window will be deemed a “late cancel” and charged accordingly. Waitlist Policy When programs are filled, a waitlist is automatically opened. Pre-payment is required to be added to the waitlist. In the event you are not added to the program, the credit goes back into your profile to be rescheduled at a future date. Refunds can be processed upon request. Inclement Weather Cancellation due to inclement weather will be at the discretion of CCT staff. All cancellations will be communicated via email or text depending on your profile settings. We do our best to make a decision at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time. When we cancel on our software, all purchases return to the players’ profile to be rescheduled at a future date. CCT charges for programs canceled due to rain if over half of the program has been completed.
